El sábado 27 de enero de 2018 en Toulouse, el grupo MAFALDA de la Nueva Red CEREDA y la Asociación de la Causa freudiana Midi-Pyrénées organizaron una manifestación con el título "Violencia y destinos de la violencia en niños y adolescentes", hacia la 5a Jornada "Niños Violentos" que propondrá el Instituto psicoanalítico del Niño en marzo de 2019. Christine Maugin fue invitada a esta manifestación como coordinadora de la Nueva Red CEREDA. Animó un taller clínico por la mañana y dio una conferencia por la tarde con el titulo "Qué leer de la violencia en el niño".
