Processing Childhood Trauma

from James Hands Awaken Therapy · host James Hands

In this episode, I discuss trauma processing and the benefits of hypnotherapy. Trauma, particularly from childhood, can remain unresolved and continue to affect us. Through therapy, we aim to process these experiences so they no longer interfere with our lives. Hypnotherapy, which I trained in 15 years ago, is an effective tool for addressing deep-seated issues. It helps shift our consciousness to access and resolve problems in the subconscious. Unlike traditional counselling, hypnotherapy allows us to tackle the root cause of our issues. This episode includes a guided hypnotherapy session.   I'm James Hands, Holistic Psychologist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, and creator of Awaken Therapy.
