What’s good quality people?! It’s been a long time, and we should not have left you, with out some great pod content to step to, drive to, lay around to…whatever it is that you do when you listen to podcasts. As we gear up to bring you some new content, we thought it an appropriate moment to release some content from the archives featuring our good friend Ekzakt. Zach Perry aka Ekzakt has been grinding it out on these coast as an engineer and producer for a decade plus, cutting tracks for the likes of Andre Nickatina, Mistah Fab, and more recently the legendary Too Short. The two were featured in a recent piece put out by Lauten Audio called Capture, and we were super proud and impressed by the quality piece about the importance of being skilled engineer in addition to your production chops. We love the representation of The Bay, and the story told in the piece is one I got the privilege of witnessing first hand, so it’s extra special in that regard.
