Derry Township police are asking for the public's help to find a man who was hit by a vehicle.  Authorities say a man was struck near Fishburn and Hartley Roads Saturday afternoon then got up and kept walking.  Officers would like to speak to the man as part of their investigation.  Anyone with information on the crash is asked to contact Derry Township P-D. A man is accused of trying to lure a teenage girl into his vehicle while working as a FedEx driver.  State Police say 37-year-old Luis Hernandez Martinez approached a girl who was walking in Adams County last month, asked her if she had a boyfriend, then offered her a ride in his truck.  He faces multiple charges.  FedEx says Hernandez Martinez no longer works for the company. A woman is pleading guilty to charges stemming from a fatal overdose.  Cumberland County officials said 31-year-old Samantha Pack delivered the drugs that led to the death of a man on Christmas Eve 2024.  Authorities said Pack was with the man when he overdosed, but instead of calling for help, she left him to die.  She will be sentenced next month. Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro is announcing a lawsuit against the maker of an A-I chatbot he says is being used to provide an unlicensed medical practice.  The lawsuit claims Character-dot-A-I users are allowed to create custom chatbots that pose as doctors and other medical professionals, with one even giving a fake state license number.  Pennsylvania's medical board is demanding Character-dot-A-I "cease and desist from engaging in the unlawful practice of medicine and surgery."  Shapiro said his administration will not let A-I companies mislead vulnerable people into believing they're getting advice from a licensed medical professional.
