Here’s the complete playlist: Segment 1: The Ziegfeld FolliesMarch 15 marked the birth in 1867 of Florenz Ziegfeld, Jr., in Chicago, where his father ran the Chicago Musical College. But he’s best known for producing elaborately staged revues designed to emphasize the glamour and beauty of the American girl”, including 21 Follies between 1907 and 1931. So here in honor of Florenz Ziegfeld, is a set of songs from The Ziegfeld Follies.
