There's a vibrant model flying community in South Australia and one of the well known figures is Ray Melton. Ray has an all encompassing love of aviation which deeply extends into aeromodelling. Introduced into the hobby via his father, Ray has covered all genres of model flying from freeflight, control line, radio control scale models to gliders. Ray is an expert scratch builder so he shares a few stories about some of his models and how he now has a focus on scale gliders.
