Real to you and accuracy of interpretation isn't the same. People hear these psychology terms and just throw them out expecting people to bend to their will. Nah. I'm good. Learn definitions and learn to think critically.I don't need to validate your feelings. Your feelings are your responsibility. If you feel a certain way, we can discuss the situation and determine if the interpretation was correct or not to clear things up. But I don't have to believe your feelings are accurate. Sure, I can acknowledge you really feel that way, but I don't have to agree it's valid or accurate.
