This week we tackle a man who gets his phone service terminated for being a dick, a very aggressive lady who got her package contents stolen, a very frustrated man who just can't seem to get his packages delivered at all, we host another epic telecourt session, a lady gets involved in a serious beef over some dangerous Internet cables and we may have finally met the final boss Karen as we prepare to meet a lady who actually called the cops on her cable provider for refusing to let her speak to a manager!
