This week, she shares her experience presenting, enjoying the event, and simply loving the city for a few days.  Tracy’s presentation was “Redefining Leadership: Soft Skill or Strategic Imperative”. A brief summary would be -  Let's face the truth together: leadership is anything but soft. It is quantifiable and directly influences your company's bottom line. So why do we often dismiss it as a soft skill? Because tackling the complexities of leadership is daunting, and it's easier to brush it aside. When leadership is undervalued, organizations miss out on achieving goals, struggle with high turnover rates, and face a lack of employee engagement—a costly combination.
