Red Moon or White Moon Witch? Rituals to Sync your Menstrual Cycle with the Moon

In this solo episode, I share with you why I love the Moon so much! I offer Menstrual and Moon Cycle Coaching so its safe to say that I love guiding women to connect with the Moon's cycle, and how we can harness her magick to bring cyclical awareness to life, especially if you don't have a menstrual cycle. The moon is known as a typically feminine energy with a feminine quality to her. There are many goddesses named after the moon. The goddess is thought to be the moon, represented by the moon. In many cultures, the moon impacts the waters, the tides, the plant SAP that rises as the full moon grows, and also our human bodies, which are up to 60% water. We know, we believe that the full moon influences our behavior and our bodies. The idea of syncing our menstrual cycles with the moon is intriguing.
