LONG PAUSE… Take a deep breath in,  Drawing in the quiet of the night,  And as you exhale, feel the day’s worries dissolve, like shadows fading at dusk. PAUSE… Inhale again,  Slowly and deeply,  Feel the breath journey through your body, Loosening every knot of tension,  Softening your thoughts like whispers in the breeze. LONG PAUSE… With each breath, invite calmness to flow through you. Let it move to your weary eyes,  Soothing them,  And to your forehead,  Smoothing out the creases of your mind. PAUSE… Now, follow your breath as it travels down to your heart, Feel it tenderly unwrap the tightness there,  Relaxing you and calming you.  PAUSE… As you continue to breathe, Picture the breath as a gentle wave washing over you,  Cleansing away restlessness from your legs,  Relaxing them into the nurturing earth. PAUSE… Feel your body becoming lighter with each breath,  Floating softly like a cloud across the serene sky of your mind,  Embraced by the comforting darkness of the night. PAUSE… Floating higher,  You drift into a realm of dreams where the stars whisper lullabies of peace, Each twinkle a note of tranquil melody, lulling you deeper into rest. PAUSE… The moon is watching over you, its silvery light a blanket of warmth, Its glow a gentle kiss on your soul, healing the remnants of tiredness. PAUSE… The moon’s light filling you, Its serene brilliance easing your heart,  Carrying away the last traces of fatigue,  Leaving in its wake a deep, peaceful stillness. PAUSE… As you drift further into this celestial tranquility, let the cosmos cradle you.  Feel its vastness comfort you,  Its quiet majesty telling you that all is well, all is calm. PAUSE… You are floating in the arms of the universe,  Each star a sentinel of sleep,  Each planet a promise of rest.  Here, you are free from time, free from disturbances. PAUSE… Take a moment to bask in the profound peace that has settled over you,  Filling you from the inside out,  Healing your spirit, cradling your dreams. LONG PAUSE… And, with one final deep breath,  Draw in the tranquil energy of the night sky,  A serene force that wraps around you,  Guarding your sleep,  Enhancing your dreams. PAUSE… Embrace this night, Its silent promise of renewal,  And as you drift off,  Know that you are held,  Loved,  And cherished by the night,  By the universe. PAUSE… Sweet dreams, Beautiful. 💗💗💗 Check out all the deals from our incredible sponsors here! --> https://womensmeditationnetwork.com/sponsors 💗💗💗 Check out all of our other podcasts at https://womensmeditationnetwork.com Learn more about your ad choices. This Impact Studios production is a collaboration with the Governor family, UTS Faculty of Law and Jumbunna Institute for Indigenous Education and Research. The Last Outlaws teamKatherine Biber - UTS Law Professor and Chief InvestigatorAunty Loretta Parsley - Great-granddaughter of Jimmy Governor and the Governor Family Historian Leroy Parsons - Governor descendant, Narrator and Co-WriterKaitlyn Sawrey - Host, Writer and Senior ProducerFrank Lopez - Writer, Managing Next Generation Energy Systems Cambridge University Background Stakeholders working with energy systems have to make complex decisions formulated from risk-based assessments about the future. The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
