About the Episode Rondey Bullard is a pillar of the Atlanta community who led Global Corporate Social Responsibility at Chick-fil-A for 12 years, and helped found the Chick-fil-A Foundation for which he served as the executive director. Bullard left the organization in 2023 to launch The Same House, a public benefit corporation with “twin goals” of building bridges between communities and creating opportunities for economic mobility in Atlanta’s most impoverished areas. In this episode he discusses his approach to transition and managing the loss of an identity as he embarks on a new journey as CEO of the Same House. He also touches on his philosophy on leadership, the importance of relationships and “coming together to do good”.
