S4 Ep1: The Good Glow with Terrie McEvoy

from The Good Glow · host The Good Glow Productions

The Good Glow podcast will hear how Georgie Crawford put her life back together after a breast cancer diagnosis that changed her perspective on everything. Georgie feels there is a need for people to have more in depth conversations about our health and well being in order to drive awareness of self care. This week, Georgie speaks to Terrie McEvoy. Terrie has worked as a nurse since 2008 and made the big move to Australia in 2015. She encourages women to look after their health by fueling their bodies with good food and reminding them to get regular smear tests. She's one of Ireland's biggest Instagram stars and on this podcast she talks to Georgie about her love of travel, her upcoming wedding and how we shouldn't treat life like one big checklist.
