Una semana más acudimos a la cita con nuestros oyentes en Saboreando en La Onda, Onda Cero Tenerife, el programa dirigido y presentado por Alfonso López, con nuestros colaboradores habituales Ricardo Fernández de La Puente, Fran Belín y Richard Gutiérrez de Salamanca. En el programa de hoy hemos tenido como invitado al Chef Juan Carlos Clemente recién premiado por la Universidad de La Laguna (ULL) con el Premio a la Promoción del Enogastroturismo otorgado por el Aula Cultural de Enoturismo y Turismo Gastronómico de dicha Universidad, para felicitarle y analizar el sector. Ricardo Fernández de La Puente, nos ha hablado de el Premio Eficiencia concedido a PROMOTUR por la continuidad y buen trabajo en el sector turístico canario y Richard Gutiérrez de Salamanca lo ha hecho de la promoción de los productos y vinos que se está llevando a cabo en la Isla de La Gomera por parte de restauradores y bodegueros.
