Sad Mother's Day!? Shouldn't it be Happy Mother's Day? Happy mother, on a happy day, to celebrate her goodness? Well, sometimes that isn't how it works for moms who are in the thick of fighting the darkness. Over the past couple of weeks I've been working through some junk and I wanted to share some insights from one of my recent energy clearing sessions, as well as some tips to help you live with more joy as a mom.

A few things to remember:

Don't compare yourself to others.
Celebrate your small wins.
Let love in.

When mama's happy, it helps everyone else be happy. Use your intuition to help you clear away negative energy. Use your intuition to lead your family with light. Use your intuition to help you ask the right questions and hear the right answers.

Let the light of truth help you conquer darkness, so you can have more happy days as a mother.
