Are you a “caring but confused” parent when it comes to screen time? That’s the phrase our expert today uses to describe most parents trying to figure out what screen time for their children, whether it’s on video games, phones, or social media - and you're not alone. This week on Raising Me, Adrienne speaks with Dr. Michael Rich.
