Self-regulation is a critical skill for navigating life and work. Self-regulation is the ability to be more intentional more often. Less reacting and more responding. The challenge is how to deal with the emotional aspects generated in specific situations. The more we can use the energy from those emotions as a strategic resource, the better our decisions, actions, and outcomes.
