SFS Minute 674: Personal Network

This year we are going through every single step that you need to take to start a successful business. We've worked our way up to discussing co-founders, whether you should have one or not. Today, I'm going to start a series on how to find your co founder. I'll start with the first tip right after this.  The first way to find a co-founder is the old-fashioned way through your personal Network, simply by telling your friends asking around. Telling people that the chamber that sort of thing, maybe a friend from church, by very first business, I had a co-founder and it was my best friend at the time. It seemed logical. It went well for a while, but when it was time to decide things like who was the boss, it became very difficult. So owner, beware!
