SFS Minute 929: Neuralink

Today, we're wrapping up our discussion of Elon Musk and his collection of companies and how they all fit together. There's one more piece that I'd like to talk about: the Neuralink piece, right after this. There are already 22 people in the world who have a Neuralink implant in their brain. It allows them to control a computer using only their thoughts. Now, if AI and connectivity accelerate, the interface layer becomes critical, and that Neuralink implant in your brain now allows you to control your car, your air conditioning, and your solar input on your house, all by just thinking about it, not having to do anything with your hands or your voice. Imagine how cool it would be to think and have your car automatically turn on and go to the temperature setting that you like the most.
