今回は、千葉県袖ケ浦市にある切替牧場の切替宣充さんからメッセージが届きました。幼いころお手伝いをしていたものの、中学の頃「酪農はやらない」と心に決めて、業種に違う企業に就職した切替さんが三代目を継がれるまでのエピソードの他、二代目であるお父様との衝突と、励みとなった言葉、日本の食を支える酪農家の誇りと将来への不安、仲間である酪農家へのメッセージなどお話頂きました。そして、石川實は久しぶりに東京を離れ、想い出の街ロサンゼルスにいます。日本のミルクを使ったソフトクリームを味わえる「INDIGO COW」というショップがロサンゼルスにできたと知り行ってきました。ソフトクリームを味わっていたお客さんと、マネージャーの方へのインタビューも紹介しました。またスタジオには今回も、管理栄養士で国際薬膳師、そして、ニュートリ・クッキング代表の葭谷麻利子さんをお迎えしました。筋肉不足によるフレイルの問題、タンパク質の必要量、栄養バランスの良いの食事、美容・美肌にも必要なタンパク質、牛乳のメリットと誤った認識、必須アミノ酸の摂取、簡単なレシピ例、食事の大切さなどについて教えて頂きました。そして、麻利子さんの著書「今日の野菜 82種を丸ごと活かす保存法&レシピ」を抽選で10名の方にプレゼントします。詳しくは番組ホームページをご覧ください。
