埼玉県熊谷市にある牧場、ブルーバンブーファーム内に、搾りたての生乳を使った種類豊富なジェラートが味わえる、ジェラート・アンド・カフェが昨年の夏にオープンしたと聞いて、ずっと気になっていたので、先日行ってきました。関越自動車道花園インターから利根川方面へ30分ほどのドライブ。街道沿いあるショップと牧場で、三代目の青木大輔さんが迎えてくれました。ブルーバンブーファームの歴史や、青木さんが継がれるまでのエピソード、兄弟で分業し循環型酪農に取り組まれていること、ジェラートを始められたきっかけなどについてお話頂きました。ブルーバンブーファーム・ジェラート詰め合わせセットのプレゼントもあります。応募方法等詳しくは、番組ホームページをご覧ください。ブルーバンブーファームの様子は、次回4/30も紹介します。
