暑い日は牛乳で熱中症予防!群馬県高崎市にある長坂牧場の長坂将志さんからメッセージが届きました。観音山丘陵の頂上部にある牧場のロケーション。おじいさまの代からスタートし、「牧場内に愛があふれるように」という想いを込めて銘打たれた「ラブリーファーム長坂牧場」。三代目となる将志さんが、酪農に従事するまでのエピソード、長坂牧場のミルクで作られた乳製品を販売している牧場の敷地内の「みるく工房タンポポ」の話題、現在の厳しい状況を受け、生産者の想いなどについて語られていました。またスタジオには、跡見学園女子大学マネジメント学部マネジメント学科教授・鳫咲子先生をお迎えしました。国会の職員として参議院事務局でDV法改正など国会議員の立法活動のための調査等に携わられ子ども・女性の貧困等に関する調査研究を行うに至るエピソード。7人に1人が就学支援の援助を受けて給食を食べている現状。日本における子供の貧困の現状と問題点。自治体の取り組み例。給食の無償化に向けた韓国の取り組み。給食における牛乳の可能性などについて教えて頂きました。鳫先生は、次回9/22もご出演して下さいます。
