今回は、埼玉県秩父郡小鹿野町にある吉田牧場の吉田恭寛さんからメッセージが届きました。2019年7月に番組で取材し紹介し、さらに、2023年2月、地域交流牧場全国連絡会(交牧連)の代表メンバーとしてスタジオにお越し頂いた吉田さん。吉田牧場が取り組み続けているエコフィード、牛を小学校に連れてのわくわくモーモースクールのエピソード、新たに加わった若手スタッフの紹介、地域交流牧場全国連絡会(交牧連)の活動として2月15日(土)日本獣医生命科学大学で交流会の内容、次世代へ繋がる活動、次世代への橋渡しができるようにしていきたいと望まれる想いなどを語られていました。またスタジオに今回も、パルシステム生活協同組合連合会、食料・農業政策推進室の関根史人さんをお迎えしました。環境のために行われている回収とリサイクルのシステム、産地や生産者と消費者をつなぐプラン、食育にもつながる交流、環境に負荷をかけず持続可能な農業のサポート、参加型の商品企画などについて教えて頂きました。関根さんには、次回2/9もご出演して頂きます。
