今回は、前回までご出演して頂いた酪農家の方々の言葉への感想メッセージを紹介し、国策の問題点や、困窮している酪農家の方々への心のケアについて考えてみました。さらに、TBSラジオで実施中の「牛乳をみんなで飲もうキャンペーン」にあわせ、牛乳の更なる消費拡大に向けて、農業経済に詳しい北海道大学・農学研究院・基盤研究部門・農業経済学分野・准教授の清水池義治先生に、オンラインでご出演頂きました。酪農に関する経済の特徴。乳製品の消費量が増えているのに、酪農家の方が経済的に大変な状況になっている原因と背景。輸入品の消費ばかりが増えて国産の消費が増えないチーズの問題と、改善すべき点などについて教えて頂きました。清水池先生には、次回3/19も、オンライン出演して頂きます。
