先日、全国の若手酪農家の方々でつくる有志団体「USHINOBA」が初のフォーラムを東京都内で開催し参加してきました。酪農や乳業への理解を深めてもらうことを目的とし、各地の若手酪農家の方々や、農業関係者、乳業メーカー、学生さんなど、様々な立場の参加者が一堂に会し、パネルディスカッションや、グループディスカッションを通して、食や農業の将来像について、話されました。このフォーラムでパネルディスカッションに参加されていたUSHINOBAメンバー、北海道標津町☆Happy Land☆安達牧場の安達永輔さん真子さんご夫妻、富山県高岡市clover farmの青沼光さん、愛知県刈谷市清水牧場の清水一将さん、千葉県館山市須藤牧場の原正則さん、群馬県東吾妻町富澤牧場の富澤裕敏さんに、インタビューし、初開催となった「USHINOBAフォーラム」の感想と、今後の展望などについて語って頂きました。
