睡不好,学观息。观息5分钟=熟睡1小时。食疗治失眠在“药补不如食补”的今天,在吃货举甲天下的我这儿,听节目也是有福利的!来吧,谈谈吃也能治失眠。闲话少叙,先推三种适用普遍大众的方法:通用版:失眠者如果采用得当的食疗方法,除没有不良反应外,且有一定的催眠功效。现特向您推荐几种易于制作的食疗方法,供选用。龙眼冰糖茶:龙眼肉25克,冰糖10克。把龙眼肉洗净,同冰糖放入茶杯中,沸水,加盖闷一会儿,即可饮用。每日1剂,随冲随饮,随饮随添开水,最后吃龙眼肉。此茶有补益心脾、安神益智之功用。可治思虑过度、精神不振、失眠多梦、心悸健忘。更年期女性版:食疗治失眠,简便易行,可免除服药之苦,有时可取得立竿见影的效果。●陈小麦60克,大枣15枚,甘草30克,加水4碗煎成1碗,临睡前服。此方特别适合于更年期妇女,失眠多汗虚弱者。汉族食肉族同胞们滴福利:1.莲子50克、百合30克、猪瘦肉200克,加水煮汤,用盐、味精调味后食用。 2.柏子仁10克、猪心一个,将柏子仁放入猪心内,加水炖1小时后调味食用。
