Physician biases shouldn't be in patient rooms because then diagnoses gets missed. Patients aren't seen back till it's nothing left but a wing and a prayer. Advocate for yourself when you go to your doctor and don't stop. You know your own body. Let them see the symptoms and not the race, gender, weight, or age.
