Also known as amazake moto. Particularly common in Hiroshima brewing. Chuon Toka - Medium temperature saccharification fast yeast starter. Teion Toka - Low temperature saccharification fast yeast starter. Also known as futsusokujo. The original sokujo moto. Kobo Jikomi - “Yeast mashing.” No-starter brewing.
