Til at gøre os klogere på, hvor skoen især trykker, har vi besøg af nyligt pensionerede Carsten Fjord-Larsen. Indtil for få måneder siden var han næstkommanderende i Søværnskommandoen med rang af flotilleadmiral. Carsten Fjord-Larsen har dermed en dyb og aktuel indsigt i, hvad der konkret er brug for, og hans ønskeliste på sin nu tidligere arbejdsgivers vegne er da også ganske lang.
