Una delle operazioni industriali piu' imponenti degli ultimi anni in Europa e' la fusione di Fiat-Crysler (FCA) con Peugeot-Opel per formare STELLANTIS, un colosso globale che produrra' quasi 9 milioni di autovetture in stabilimenti sparsi in tutto il mondo.La stampa provinciale italiana diffonde la solita vulgata banale, frutto di analisi orecchiate in qualche spaccio aziendale: 1) la fusione in realta' sarebbe una vendita ai francesi della FCA da parte della famiglia Agnelli-Elkann, che in questo modo esce dal settore automobilistico come pianificato da decenni.2) i soci di Peugeot comanderanno nel gruppo perche' hanno nominato l'amministratore delegato Carlos Tavares, mentre John Elkann avra' (oltre a ricchi dividendi) un ruolo cerimoniale come Presidente di Stellantis; 3) il gruppo dovra' tagliare rami secchi e stabilimenti poco produttivi, ma siccome il governo francese che ha una quota del 6,2% nel capitale difendera' l'occupazione in patria saranno chiusi gli stabilimenti in Italia (dove FCA accumula solo perdite).A questa puntata di Inglorious Globastards, abbiamo invitato un veterano dell'industria automotive europea, Pierangelo Decisi, Vice Presidente dell'Associazione Nazionale Filiera Industria Automobilistica (Anfia.it) per spiegare quali sono i veri disegni dietro questa fusione e le opportunita' per un enorme pezzo dell'industria italiana.Diventa un supporter di questo podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/inglorious-globastards-podcast--4600745/support.
