Sebuah komposisi sederhana yang iseng-iseng di buat sekitar tahun 2003 dan saya beri judul "Teng Nong". Berhubung nggak bisa baca partitur musik dan supaya nggak lupa, saya sempat merekamnya dengan gitar kopong biasa serta recorder di handphone. Cita-citanya sih, suatu hari saya mau coba rekam versi yang agak bagusan.. hallah! :) Nah, kemarin saya teringat lagi pada komposisi instrumental ini dan mencoba untuk merekam ulang. Masih dengan gitar yang sama tapi saya buat dalam tiga versi (melodi, rhythm dan bas) yang ditumpuk jadi satu seolah yang main ada tiga orang. Belum puas, saya tambahkan efek drum yang saya buat dengan mengetuk-ngetuk meja dengan jari hahahaha... Terimakasih kepada Garage Band 3, semua itu dimungkinkan. Bahkan kemudian bagian awal saya beri efek suara seperti radio tua dan suara efek 'criiiing' (nggak tau namanya apa hehe), ditambah dengan efek lain termasuk suara 'kecrekan' yang semua tersedia di Garage Band.. Yah hasilnya masih sederhana bahkan di beberapa bagian beatnya terdengar keteteran padahal itu dikerjakan dari sore sampai jam 3 pagi hahahaha. Tapi untuk orang nggak terlalu ngerti musik seperti saya, rasanya cukup menyenangkan bisa bikin komposisi seperti ini hanya bermodal kemampuan gitar pas-pasan :)
