The launch show for NTRsounds

This week NTRsounds is officially launching.  Its such an exciting project to be a part of and I have been asked to do a best bits show for the launch day.
Drum roll....Here it is....
Staring Anne Ball and Samantha Gibson, Jote Prakash Singh, Arjuna Ishaya, Aiden Butler and Helen Rose Karlia Jacobs. 

We chat about Aromatherapy oils that help us clean and stay healthy during the covid pandemic.  We talk kundalini yoga and recovery from addiction. We chat about the power of the mind, Hypnotherapy and self love. We have a good ole belly chuckle and learn about laughing yoga too.
