The Scale - A Tool, Liar, or Both

Send us Fan MailThis episode is about a topic I've had on my mind a lot lately, the scale! Dreaded by most, but it truly can be a really good tool in your fitness journey. In this episode I'll talk about how to use the scale as a tool, some pros and cons, some tips on how to best use it, AND, some options to use as tools if you don't want to use the scale. Which is fine! This is a very personal decision. The option to track your progress that I did NOT mention, is having your body fat percentage measured. I left this out just because you can't do this very accurately on your own,  and most people don't have calipers. You can go to the gym and have someone help you though. FYI the body fat percentages from scales are usually not accurate. Support the showConnect with me:https://www.instagram.com/jeni302/[email protected]: https://www.purple-planet.com
