'I start by really looking at their values and what it is that they want. So forget about how much money you want in the bank and start thinking about what it is that you want your life to be. Is it picking up the kids everyday? Is it that you really want to manage people? Whatever it is, it starts with your values and what you really want and then from there we look at all the options and then if you match that against their values you can pretty quickly see the things that just aren't going to work for them, either now or maybe ever.'
