Tis The Season for Consumables

from Inappropriate Quilters · host Leslie and Rochelle

Leslie is still deciding about her Bernina. She also has uncluttered her room. They talk about the Countdown to Christmas box from Missouri Star. While Leslie has been using all the things, Rochelle has been using some, but is also giving some of hers away. Construction in Leslie's area is so bad that Rochelle took forever to get to her house and now has a big plan to get home in the dark with Christmas cheer. Lyla got her Grinch quilt and also has a chance to meet the Grinch. Rochelle is preparing for sinus surgery and will have to learn how to breath out of her nostrils instead of her mouth. You won't believe what she is having to do to prepare! This is quite an episode! Enjoy!Special thanks to Osage Hills Retreat Center for sponsoring this week's podcast. The Crappy Childhood Fairy Podcast with Anna Runkle Anna Runkle I’m Anna Runkle, also known as the Crappy Childhood Fairy, and I teach people to recognize and heal the symptoms of Childhood Trauma. Welcome to my podcast!I’m not a doctor or therapist; I know about childhood trauma because I lived it, and I discovered a radical approach to healing that focuses first on calming neurological dysregulation, which is common in people who grew up with abuse and neglect. In my podcasts, I teach about dysregulation – how to know if you have it, what it can do to your body, your thinking and your relationships, and what to do to master re-regulation. When I learned this, everything in my life got suddenly easier. I’ll also be teaching you to heal the life problems that so often develop after years of living dysregulated – feeling tired, isolated and unfocused, finding yourself always drawn to unavailable and inappropriate partners, and falling WAY short of your professional potential, for example. The thing about me is, traditional therapies never seemed to Dan and Frankie Go To Hollywood Dan and Frankie Two best friends obsessed with movies. One talks too much and says inappropriate things at the wrong times. The other has been eager to spread her love of film and wishes the other would shut up for 10 seconds to let her talk. Welcome to the madness that is their podcast!
