Dr. Patricia Anderson, a certified change practitioner, and professor at the Forbes School of Business and Technology believes Psuedo transformational leaders thrive in “command and control” siloed organizational structures. Their lack of emotional proximity stifles innovation, creativity, and collaboration. My research targets this behavior and recommends strategies to identify, curtail, and mitigate its effects. Further, hiring practices and diverse mindsets in the C-Suite are aimed at reducing the occurrence of PTLs in an organization. The mutual accountability between authentic transformational leaders and their internal customers are proof points that position both parties to move to individual and collective better future states. In this episode, Dr. Anderson shares information about her upcoming Transformational Leadership 2021  - Lead, Learn, Level Up! Event with Special emphasis on Organizational Change Management. This immersive virtual experience for leaders will be held on consecutive Saturdays beginning September 9th,  September 18th, and September 25th.
