Whether it’s the devastation of natural disasters, the heartbreak of war, the sudden loss of loved ones, or the quiet suffering that'sunfolding far from the headlines, countless lives are being shaken at once. The storm may be over, but the mental and emotionalaftershocks continue in every place where life has been upended, and hearts are struggling to heal.We’re joined by Andrea Wilkinson, a licensed Counselling Professional who specialises in offering counselling to people, including disaster survivors. Together, we’ll explore what real healing looks like inthose first critical hours and throughout the long journey that follows.
