Das Gebäudeenergiegesetz, auch Heizungsgesetz genannt, hat in den vergangenen Wochen für Streit zwischen den Koalitionspartnern der Ampel-Regierung gesorgt. Dabei zeigt sich, mit welchen Herausforderungen die Umstellung auf klimaneutrales Heizen verbunden ist. Eine neue Studie zeigt, dass der Osten Deutschlands für die Wärmewende strukturell besser gerüstet ist als der Westen. ZEIT-ONLINE-Autorin Jana Hensel stellt die wichtigsten Ergebnisse der Studie vor. In mehreren Orten im Nordkosovo haben sich heute erneut zahlreiche ethnische Serben zu Protesten versammelt.
