Send us Fan MailWhile I realize it's too confusing to expect listeners to see visuals & explanations/additional notes typed into the spaces provided while creating in iMovie as another form of WRITING WHEREVER THERE'S SPACE TO DO SO, I have been putting away audio/visual triggers with touch & prolonged exposure therapy (PET) since editing means you listen to it over & over & see the images over & over.Anyway, I'm going to now separate the two meaning the purpose of a podcast is AUDIO ONLY. The purpose of YouTube is to film it like TV, the boob (that reminds me of "big tits") tube and now because the warning was, "she says things & I just want to warn you."Warn me? What is she going to say to me?To end trauma, find the "place" that naturally ends it, in a sensory way. This could be sports, talking with friends, reading a book or a bubblebath & tea (or martini). Try & do that again. Since mine were books (the overload of sensory ability to live vicariously) & participating in sports (physical exertion), not at the same time, I don't have access to that, but I can transfer why it worked in those areas to something new.YouTube is visual + audio + tactile for the amount of time fingertips to keys. Is that what these are called or am I slipping into playing the piano again--the most Asian thing about me--that's no longer a thing since unable to match what I see to my fingertips or read the music (a house full of sheet music!)?This podcast was to work on a DEADline & try to get 3 hours, counting up to a specific time or 180 minutes & then see what happens & what is most effective in ending the daily or multiples time a day, moment-by-moment, always lingering, never completely escapable memory since it's IN my body. Now, let's plant the seeds for composition six since this is NSFE or not safe for EveryonE because a student taught me the rating system for video games, a place I'm not familiar with except for the original Nintendo ones specifically & only, M4rio & Z3ld4. Parents kept saying "the games we allow are rated E," & yet, I don't think so since my students do not lie. How to manage parents who are unwilling to be honest about the issue that is bringing violence from home to school every day? I'll share what I did & share what I would've done knowing what I know now and finally share what I hope to be the norm IF POLICIES IN EDUCATION CAN BE CHANGED TO SUPPORT THE INTENDED POPULATION. Not protect those who hold all the delicious, addictive, all consuming & deeply penetrative power of being able to, in their words of CPD, "no one will believe you" & "we can do whatever we want."Um no. I remember the moment since I thought, "oh is that is? What you think since NO, you cannot do whatever you want." The steps in DBT or dialectics behavioral training is to catch the thought, emotion or behavior to then learn from it (why are you doing, thinking feel that way?) and either accept & continue or reject & change. He said, "You think you're so smart," reconnecting to a bunch of women (they just happen to be) putting themselves done & looking for a little soothing.I thought (since I wasn't speaking then but I could still hear my ideas), "No, I'm  ethical."You can definitely get smarter by accepting what you're ignorant to & then exposing self to it which is how I first got out there, through charities since they're not going to mess with someone transitioning from education to something else sharing their "disability" & why volunteering may be the very thing to make my brain think differently & assist with getting out of the house since I know self & I am not late for meetings. It's respect to those who show up on time & to the matter at hand. What is it Support the show
