It's Memorial Day weekend which means the unofficial summer has begun. We taking trips and using our PTO but we have to act right. What is your mental health regiment for flying or taking a road trip? I have mine that has been working. From packing a few weeks to a week before, arriving to airport 2 hours ahead to eat and have a beverage. There are things that we can do to help ease things like anxiety and more. Don't get on the no fly list trying to be funny-leave the jokes to the comedians
