White Oak Pastures: a Conversation with 5th Generation Farmer Jenni Harris (Season 1: Episode 1)

In this episode, I speak with Jenni Harris of White Oak Pastures.  Jenni is a fifth generation farmer from White Oak Pastures in Bluffton, Georgia. Her father, Will Harris, began transitioning the family farm from monocrop, conventional cattle farming to multi-species regenerative farming back in the mid 90s. Jenni returned to work on the family farm in 2010 and we talk a little about her experiences growing up on the farm and the transitions that have and are continuing to take place.
