Why its Important to Have Standards

from Beauty Define · host Beauty Define

Hi beauties, creating standards for yourself in relationships, family ties, and work environment is challenging, but NECESSARY. Your standards are not "Too high." With over 7billion people in the world, there is someone out there that can reach and exceed your standards/expectations. If you do not set standards, people will walk all over you. Most relationships in this world are transactional. Therefore, you must have standards. Standards create guidelines and inform others how to treat you. It is your responsibility to show the world how you should be treated. You are the CEO of your life. The employees don't control the CEO. The CEO has the final say. Therefore, take control of your life and terminate the people that cannot satisfy your standards. And promote the people that are willing to. So whether you have zero or high standards, watch my podcast and learn more tips on elevating your standards.  My calling is to encourage you to be the best version of yourself and for you to truly believe "You are Fearfully and Wonderfully Made" (Psalm 139:14). I love to interact with my audience. If you have any topics you would like to hear about or need advice please email me at: [email protected]. Beauty Define Podcast is available on various platforms.
