I view low carb (nutritional keto) as a requirement for health yet over 50 percent of people who seek professional medical guidance for implementing this specific way of dietary life DO NOT perceive  any benefit. No weight loss, no metal clarity, nada. Therefore, having know this for the last 4 years I've been wondering, investigation why that is.
