Five Traumatized People In A Car Podcast is a venue for conversation on the topic of trauma. Everyone has experienced trauma at some point in their lives. Some trauma is known and some is unknown; yet the effects of it are evident in our everyday lives –be it in our families, relationships, places of employment and in our service to others. Trauma and its effects can lead to a range of emotional and psychological reactions such as anxiety, depression, irritability, anger, guilt, shame, and mood swings. There could be intense and intrusive memories and flashbacks; leaving us with an overwhelming sense of being “stuck” in our daily lives. The Podcast is dedicated to discussion on all the “facts and finds” of trauma –be it emotional, physical, physiological and/or spiritual. We come alongside our listeners and empathically engage with you – in hope and healing. Join the conversation…
