Guys and Gals are constantly fed expectations, and standards to have for each other. With Angel hopping on as a special guest, we chat at least from the girls perspective what pressures we are seeing and conversations that are needing clarity.

Approaching thankfulness in this upcoming season, there's a lot to keep in mind. Contentment, praising God in the peaks and not just in the valleys, etc. Being able to have a thankful heart puts us in a spot of humility that we often don't perceive as important., but it's another facet of placing ourselves in full dependency in front of the throne.

Everybody thinks about marriage differently, but what does God say? After a long nice summer break, we are finally back and giving some biblical wisdom on the beautiful covenant that is marriage. Highly requested, so I am excited to discuss this topic and shed light on some scripture backing this!

A little while back I had an anonymous question box on my instagram story, asking anyone to submit questions in regards to Christian Dating. This eventually blossomed into friendships, intentionality, resources to meet new people, etc. I am here to shed some light with scripture and just the convictions the Lord has given me to navigate this topic in the most Biblical and wise way!

When you get told you're doing a good job, It means something to you! As much as we are to mourn over our sin, we are also to sharpen each other and encourage each other in the war against flesh and spirit, ITS NOT EASY! Kind words, affirmation, and continual growth are all apart of the Christian life so let's see what the Bible says and some examples of how we can exercise our encouragement muscles :)

The Shepherd leaves the 99 to chase the one, and that's exactly what God did to me. Here I am sharing my testimony of how the gospel changed my life and how the Lord dragged me from the pit when I was going nowhere but further down, unable to help myself. For those who know me, now you'll know me better, and for those that don't you'll never guess that I was ever different from how I am now.

For this episode, I interviewed a coworker of mine who through conversation at work told me she grew up Mormon but has since left the faith. I thought it would be so sweet for her to share her experiences as she grew up in the Temple and shed some light to all the things you may hear from others, confirmed or denied directly from someone that actually had those experiences! As believers, we often get told by so many different avenues on how to "find ourselves". From what the world tells us, others say about us, etc. there are too many cooks in the kitchen trying to help us identify the truth already been given to us: We are children of God. Most importantly, because we hold that identity we are also called to something greater!
