In this episode, I share the real story behind my evolution — from healer, to therapist, to coach — and why my work had to transform to truly serve women.For over a decade, I’ve walked the path of healing, therapy, counselling, and coaching… and what I discovered is that no single modality is enough on its own. Traditional therapy honours the past, but often keeps women looping in old stories. Healing restores safety, but without activation, it can keep us still. Coaching expands our future, but without healing, it builds on shaky ground.

There comes a moment when the seeking ends — when you stop waiting for approval, validation, or permission from anyone outside of you. In this episode, Leilah explores the art of giving yourself permission to feel, to rest, to speak, and to simply be. She shares how self-permission becomes the doorway to sovereignty, emotional freedom, and deep inner peace.
