    Day in the life with ADD/ADHD

    This weeks episode we talk about some lifestyle additions to help manage ADD/ADHD. Dr. Bullimore touches on his ADHD and thinks that have helped him. Modifications: 1. Diets rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which you might consider supplementation for. 2. Conversely, avoiding diets high in sugars and specific food additives 3. Check for Micronutrient deficiencies, particularly in the B complex family, and specific minerals like zinc, magnesium, and iron. Also, could be addressed with proper diet and supplementation. 4. Address your Microbiome - Dietary prebiotic fibers, probiotics, and postbiotic (supplementation to support) 5. stress management, sleep hygiene, and reduced screen time 6. Increase physical activity. 7. Consider trying Neurofeedback and other cognitive training methods.
