When she was finally rescued and adopted by a loving family, her condition was too severe to overcome. On March 12th, 2025, Destiny succumbed to the effects of prolonged abuse and neglect. Destiny’s case is not an isolated incident. Too many animals suffer due to weak laws and lack of enforcement.
