A mama of 3 from England who’s a breast feeding counselor and will be sharing about her 3 home births and especially how blissful her 3rd birth was. WOW! This is a wild, powerful and mindblowing story!! It's one of the most inspiring stories I've ever heard about the power we have to change our lives for the better and the power of NEVER giving up! Megan was riddled with anxiety, multiple diagnosis, on a ton of pharmaceuticals and over weight. She admits to living a toxic lifestyle and eating the Standard American Diet (SAD)... that is until she decided to completely change her life, one small step at a time. She went down the vaccine debate rabbit hole and eneded up making countless changes in her life after realizing she herself had experienced a vaccine injury in childhood. She went on to lose 100 pounds, got off all her meds, no longer experiences anxiety and now creates homemade natural wellness products. These blissful birth stories demonstrate the power of ONE person exposing another person to empowering information and it changing the trajectory of their lives (hence the purpose of this podcast). Thanks to a medical anthropology professor and a lovely midwife as a guest speaker in a college class… Rachel gained the confidence needed to birth her babies in a way that she realized deep down felt true and aligned for her.
