EASING ANXIETY Breathwork (The Shift)
an "emergency tool" for those moments when you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, worried, scared, scattered, unsettled, nervous, intimidated, insecure, upset or agitated. *note: please use this technique for short durations only, as it could result in counter-intuitive effects if done in excess. IMPORTANT: do not use if you have low blood pressure.
